North Kelsey is a village and civil parish in the West Lindsey district of Lincolnshire, England. The village is situated west from Caistor and north-east from the county town of Lincoln. Within the parish is the hamlet of North Kelsey Moor, once the site of North Kelsey railway station. According to the 2001 Census North Kelsey had a population of 959. ==Community== North Kelsey has an Anglican church and a Methodist chapel. There is a village hall, primary school, two public houses, The Butcher's Arms and The Royal Oak, and a recently renovated windmill. The village post office was closed in 2008, as part of a series of rural post-office closures, and is now a general store and newsagents.
